Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United States (continental U.S. only)

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, or other U.S. affiliated islands and remote territories.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of our supported regions may not be fulfilled.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount:

  • Orders from $0.01 to $39.99: Shipping fee is $6.99
  • Orders of $40.00 or more: Free shipping (continental U.S. only)
