Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • All original tags are attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Items with missing tags or without original packaging
  • Shoes that show signs of outdoor use or sole wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

We encourage customers to try items carefully to maintain eligibility for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size, preference)
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
